We all have weak topics. The first job is to find where the gaps actually are, then go back and rebuild the foundation so the current work makes sense instead of feeling random.

How to approach a problem

Questions can look scary in a test, especially when they're not what you expected. I show students a simple way to read a question, work out what it's really asking, and decide where to start before they put pen to paper.

Exam technique

For HSC students we work through past papers and tricky questions together. We cover timing, how to set out working so you pick up method marks, and how to stay calm when a question doesn't go to plan, so the exam feels familiar by the time it counts.
